The so-called delimitation process initiated and concluded by the radical-Hindu fascist military governance in India Immorally Enthralled Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK) is aimed at cementing settler colonialism in the UN-designated disputed home, a UK- grounded leader said on Saturday.
“ Let there be no confusion that Kashmiris in IIOJK reject these sham choices held under the barrel of a gun,” said Fahim Kayani, chairman Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK.
During his conversations with different Kashmiri diaspora leaders regarding the delimitation process in IIOJK, Kayani said “ It’s clear in the UN judgments, which give Kashmiris right to tone- determination, that any election held under the Indian constitution can noway replace the universal right to decide the fate of people regarding their political future.”
“ The delimitation process will increase the number of non-Muslim seats in the so-called legislative assembly in IIOJK which in turn will be used to pass laws against the interests of people of the enthralled vale,” Kayani advised, adding that this way will only strengthen the settler colonialism in IIOJK.
Kayani said while India has formerly reused to settle millions of non-natives into the UN-designated disputed home “the fascist low-intensity terror governance of Modi wants to give this way an original spin by introducing similar laws through this farce assembly in IIOJK.”
“This way to settle Indians in UN-designated disputed home is a war crime and are being taken to affect the outgrowth of a plebiscite which India has to conduct under UN judgments, come what may, anytime in future,” he said.

IIOJK is under the illegal military occupation of India which has refused to hold a plebiscite in the region as asked by the UN. The military governance run from New Delhi fears Kashmiris in IIOJK will bounce for Pakistan, therefore, fulfilling their long-time want, Kayani said.
“ To affect such an outgrowth,” the Tehreek-e-Kashmir UK president said, “ India is pursuing settler colonialism and the delimitation process is a part of it. Differently, Kashmiris have noway in history and will noway in unborn accept these choices held under the barrel of Indian gun.”
Kayani said the process of settler colonialism is also being pursued by radical-Hindu officers imported from India into IIOJK. “ While it’s a Himalayan task to change in months the Muslim- maturity character of IIOJK, the Indian military governance in IIOJK has airdropped radical Indian officers to structurally change the civil- police-educational set up in IIOJK,” he said.
The Kashmiri diaspora leader also refocused on the blatant use of violence against Kashmiris where the Indian military governance is using different tactics to convert parcels, lands, and domestic parcels of Kashmiris.
Pertaining to the Palhallan area of the Baramulla quarter where the Indian military governance has forcefully taken over and cut off the estate of a family, Kayani said “ These are tactics which intolerance Israel uses against Palestinians and same is being used against Kashmiris. It’s time to stand up and hold India responsible. The land belongs to Kashmiris where India is an alien occupier.”
Lauding Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari for expressing full support for the freedom movement of Kashmiris in IIOJK during a speech in National Assembly, Kayani said “ the unyielding stage of Pakistan is vital, critical and a lifeline for every Kashmiri who stands against India’s illegal military occupation of IIOJK.”
As one of the most important parties to the Kashmir disagreement, Kayani said that Pakistan must continue its state practice of pursuing tactfulness with the UN and other countries regarding the blatant violation of transnational law by India.
“ A harmonious tactfulness drive laced with an establishment station by Islamabad is immorally and technically important for Kashmiris to stand like a wall against India’s truculent programs in IIOJK,” Kayani said while prompting Pakistan to avoid continuing trade or any other bilateral exertion with India.
Kayani proposed a common meeting between FM Bilawal and Kashmiri diaspora leadership to deliberate upon the rearmost illegal conduct by India and a roadmap to battle them.
