Biden should get “zero credit” for the Gaza truce agreement, according to CAIR.

The legacy of the Biden administration, according to the Council on American-Islamic Relations, is tainted with Palestinian blood and an incalculable number of prisoners.

US President Joe Biden should receive “zero credit” for the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, according to the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), which claims that Biden sacrificed lives by refusing to compel a deal long ago.

“We welcome this long overdue ceasefire deal, which President Biden should have forced Netanyahu to accept over a year ago instead of needlessly funding so much death and destruction,” Nihad Awad, the national executive director of CAIR, said in a statement on Wednesday.

“This late agreement is not the fault of President Biden or his failing foreign policy team. “They violated US law and made a mockery of international law by using billions of American taxpayer dollars to fund the Israeli government’s war crimes and deprive the American people of critical services, instead of using US leverage to secure this deal long ago.”

CAIR urged the International Criminal Court (ICC) to pursue war crime prosecutions against Prime Minister Netanyahu and other genocide perpetrators, claiming that the legacy of the Biden administration is tainted with the blood of Palestinians and an incalculable number of Israeli hostages.

The organization also praised Donald Trump, the president-elect, for reaching a ceasefire agreement after he allegedly put pressure on Israel.

“We urge the incoming Trump administration to ensure that the Israeli government does not sabotage this ceasefire deal, and we also urge the administration to pursue the end of the occupation so that a just, lasting peace can prevail across the region,” CAIR stated.

Ceasefire following destruction
Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, the prime minister and foreign minister of Qatar, formally revealed the discovery Wednesday during a press conference in the country’s capital, Doha.

The agreement, whose implementation is scheduled to start on Sunday, includes a roadmap for long-term quiet, an exchange of prisoners, and an Israeli pullout from Gaza.

The news was made on day 468 of Israel’s genocide in Gaza, which has murdered and injured over 156,000 Palestinians, primarily women and children, with US support.

Over 11,000 individuals have gone missing as a result of the conflict, which has also caused extensive damage and a humanitarian crisis that has killed many children and elderly people in one of the biggest worldwide humanitarian catastrophes in recent memory.
