The city of Idlib has been the target of airstrikes by Syrian regime forces, which have killed civilians and escalated the violence in the area, resulting in mass misery and displacement.

16 civilians have been murdered in airstrikes in Idlib province by Syrian regime forces as of Sunday.

Numerous neighborhoods in the city of Idlib were bombed by the jets of regime leader Bashar Assad.

59 civilians, including 19 women and 21 children, were also injured, according to Syrian Civil Defense sources.

On November 27, fighting broke out between opposition groups and Assad regime forces in the Aleppo province’s western countryside in northern Syria.

The opposition troops swiftly moved from Aleppo’s western countryside toward the province’s center between November 27 and 28.

The majority of the core area was under their hands by November 30.

By seizing Khan Shaykhun district, the opposition forces established their dominance over the whole Idlib region.
