Blasts from Russian missile strikes rock Kyiv

KYIV: Russia hit Ukraine’s capital Kyiv with rockets right off the bat Sunday without precedent for over a month, while Ukrainian authorities said a counter-assault on the fundamental combat zone in the east had retaken half of the city of Sievierodonetsk.
