According to the Health Ministry, there are two documented fatalities associated with the suspicion of dengue fever, which is present in five states.

According to the Sudanese Health Ministry, 348 people have died as a result of the cholera outbreak.

The ministry statement indicates that there have been 11,079 documented cases across nine states as a result of the outbreak.

It also said that there are two confirmed deaths linked to suspicions of dengue fever in five states.

In Sudan, cholera has been spreading since June as a result of intense rains and flooding.

On August 12, cholera was declared to be spreading throughout Sudan.

The inefficient operation of the healthcare system in war-torn Sudan has made it harder for patients to contract infectious diseases.
